Job Description

What you need to have
- 8-12 Years of experience in the financial services industry in a product role or business intelligence domain with strong understanding of lending business, payments in the digital team of a Bank, large NBFC or a Fintech.
- Agile Product development and Data Analytics expertise




- Experience in actively supporting sales teams achieve revenues and EBIT targets
- Product Life-cycle experience
- Preferably should have handled customer lifecycle for D2C & B2B business lines.
- Experience of collaborative working with cross functional teams

What you’ll be accountable for
- Ownership of overall Product Development and Management for all bureau, analytics and decision products and services.
- Drive Product Revenue and EBIT targets along with Sales teams
- Lead Business Case production in line with execution of the roadmap defining investment scale and return on Investment, Payback, etc.
- Lead initiatives to analyse complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.
- Build the product roadmap defining short, medium and long-term views for the evolution of all products including addition of 3rd party data and services.
- Build and Drive GTM activities in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
