How you’ll make an impact:
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives for the Grid Automation (GA) Service portfolio, including Protection, Automation, and Communication technologies.
- Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline for GA service offerings such as Upgrades, Retrofits, Extensions, Spares, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).




- Establish and grow customer relationships across Power Utilities, Oil & Gas, Railways, Metros, EPCs, End Users, and Channel Partners within the assigned geography.
- Support customers end-to-end—from initial enquiry and bidding through project execution, closure, and cash collection.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with clear accountability for third‑party sales and profitability.
- Ensure timely closure of enquiries, clarifications, and orders, maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Manage collections and receivables, consistently maintaining a strong Say–Do ratio.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions, presentations, and solution positioning to address customer requirements.
- Utilize sales and marketing tools effectively to enhance chance tracking and forecasting.
- Gather and analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision‑making and business growth.
