The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing onsite execution of large-scale greenfield project. This role oversees detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities—ensuring delivery meets Ingredion’s standards for safety (EHS&S;), quality, schedule, and cost.
The Project Manager acts as the primary onsite leader,



driving execution excellence, contractor performance, and successful transition to operations.

What you will do:
- Safety Leadership – Champion a “Zero Injury Mindset” culture. spearhead 100% compliance with Ingredion’s EHS standards and India regulatory requirements. Lead and participate in safety programs including HAZOP, MOC, Risk Assessments, and incident reporting. Actively supervise contractor safety programs and conduct regular site safety reviews and audits.
- Execution Excellence – Ensure EPCm and site contractors comply with the project execution plan, contractual obligations, and EHS policies. Drive construction resource planning and productivity tracking Act as the primary onsite representative for project execution, overseeing construction, safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Manage daily onsite project activities and provide leadership to resolve critical issues.
