Job Role:-Business Analyst
Exp:- 4-6 yrs

Key Skills:-

Business analysis techniques, such as creating process flow diagrams or documenting business requirements.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus but not required.
Understanding of Agile project methodologies is a bonus.
Ability to solve complex problems analytically
Ability to research solutions and work with subject matter experts where necessary
Ability to identify when business requirements are not in scope
Experience with software implementation project(s) in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing
Understanding of a software project life cycle methodology.
Exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to facilitate discussions with both technical and business stakeholders
Positive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and actionable way.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the role with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
