Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an experienced Tech Support Engineer specializing in solar energy systems, IoT-based monitoring solutions,



and data analytics for solar PV plants. Adept at hardware selection, configuration & Installation, vendor management, software troubleshooting, and SCADA system implementation.

More specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following accountabilities:
- Design and configure IoT-based monitoring solutions for solar PV plants, including dataloggers (Webdyn, Wattmon, Suryalogix) and sensors.
- Analyze site-specific technical requirements to select appropriate monitoring hardware.
- Develop and implement communication architectures for solar plants (500kW to MW scale).
- Evaluate and negotiate with hardware vendors for cost-effective and reliable solutions.
- Configure and integrate multiple data logger brands with servers and cloud platforms.
- Oversee SCADA system implementation for open-access projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (SLDC communication, forecasting obligations).
