• 8-12 years of SAP HCM & Payroll experience.
• Must have experience on Payroll, Accounting & Taxation.
• Must have experience on Personnel Management, Organization Management.
• Must have experience on Personnel Time Management.
• Must have experience on writing and understanding customized PCRs, Schemas and operations of
Payroll & Positive Time Mgmt.
• Positive to have experience on PY-China , taxation and Time Management(Positive).
• Expertise in providing consulting services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and
help clients to migrate from ECC to S4 HANA.
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business
Blueprint.
• Must have experience in preparing functional /development specification.
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
• Provide Project Team Orientation & Train the user communities (End users /Super Users)
