Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description: Relationship Manager
● Recruit retail partners and ensure sales generation through those partners.
● Ensure retention of partners by formulating their development plans.




● Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
● Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as POSP. Handholding of partners Ownership and servicing of partners.
● Drive partner’s activation and progression.
● Ensure daily market visits for recent partner acquisition and servicing of existing partners.

Qualification Criteria: Relationship Manager
● Must be a Graduate from the Govt recognized University/College.
● Must be from a General Insurance background handling Motor dealers, DSA, or Retail
● Sales in GI companies or Broking Companies. Local market knowledge is essential.
● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Insurance broking industry.
