Key Responsibilities • Lead with Ownership: Drive the UX vision, roadmap, and delivery for critical programs – from discovery through launch. • Design Thinking in Action: Conduct user research, define experience strategies,



and run co-creation workshops to align business goals with user needs. • Design for Digital + Physical: Apply your expertise to both screen-based interfaces and physical product UX - including HMI (Human-Machine Interface), wearables, and embedded systems. • Drive Innovation: Introduce recent design methods, tools (AI/GenAI-driven), and technologies that push the boundaries of experience design. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver seamless and measurable experiences. • Mentor and Scale: Inspire and grow a team of designers, provide thoughtful feedback, and raise the quality bar across the practice. • Communicate with Clarity: Present ideas persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, from peers to executive stakeholders. • DesignOps Contribution: Help establish scalable systems, design standards, research frameworks, and documentation processes.
