Responsibilities
Sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screening resumes and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Conducting initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate fit.
Maintaining a database of candidates and tracking recruitment metrics.
Managing job postings and ensuring they reach the right audience.

Qualifications
Good Communication and Collaborating with team members .
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving hiring challenges
