Accountabilities:





The Customer Account Manager will own the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing adoption, ensuring successful implementation, solid engagement, and measurable value from the platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing relationships from implementation through long-term success.
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Program-manage complex, multi-workstream implementations by coordinating timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
