About the Role

As an Senior AI Engineer in Bridge-it's India team, you will have the chance to build and apply Generative AI and traditional ML technologies, contributing to the development of an innovative AI-driven SaaS platform. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in cutting edge Generative AI technologies, sharpen your technical skills, and work on a project that aims to make a real-world impact. Minimum 3 years of professional (post education) fulltime experience with minimum 2 years of traditional ML experience and 1 year of Generative AI experience is must.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AI team at bridge-it




- Identify and create datasets to build a domain specific knowledge base
- Work on Prompt Engineering and create advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Build and optimize scalable REST APIs using Python.
- Utilize frameworks like LangChain and Langraph for complex AI workflows.
- Collaborate on implementing knowledge graphs and Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph.
- Build AI APIs using Django or FastAPI.
- Use and fine-tune Generative AI models for real-world applications.
