Salesforce Business Analyst

Here’s what you’ll do:

You uncover and shape business needs You engage with stakeholders and clients to conduct detailed discovery sessions, gather requirements, and ensure a transparent understanding of business objectives. You also facilitate workshops and align requirements with overall business goals.

You translate requirements into actionable solutions You convert business needs into well-defined user stories, BRDs, and functional documentation, and translate them into executable tasks for development teams.

You bring structure and clarity to projects You create business process flows, impact analysis documents,



and solution designs to ensure efficiency and scalability. You also maintain project documentation and service request trackers.

You collaborate across teams You work closely with Developers, Admins, and Project Managers, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams. You actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth execution.

You ensure quality and usability You design UAT test scripts, support testing cycles, manage UAT sessions, and handle issue triage to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth user adoption.

You drive delivery and stakeholder alignment You manage client interactions including meetings, demos, and expectation setting, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
