Role and Responsibilities:
The Regional Manager is responsible for formulating a market strategy to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and employers. The main responsibilities include assessing and examining the development and execution of the market strategy, representing and building the brand, and expanding business. They must also liaise with local communities, set up partnerships, and ensure timely recruitment and training delivery.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the skill development industry, with at least 5 years of team management expertise. Expertise in donor-funded skilling operations is also required.
