Overview
The Direct Channel - Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining relationships with clients in the organization's direct channel. They are responsible for promoting and selling financial products directly to customers, while also providing excellent customer service and financial advice to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through direct sales channels.
- Understand customers' financial needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the direct channel business.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions,



and campaigns to promote the organization's products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Adhere to compliance and ethical standards in all customer interactions and business operations.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain solid relationships and gather feedback.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis.
- Implement strategies to expand customer base and enhance customer retention.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service, preferably in the Insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investments, and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining ethical standards.
- Flexibility to travel and meet with clients as per business
