We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers and assist in identifying future hiring needs.

Candidate should have experience in working with a Software.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and publishing the monthly MIS for the management for better analysis,

planning and decision-making.
- Intercompany and interbranch billing.
- Monthly cash flow statement with variance analysis.
- Ensuring the proper accounting in books for the investment,



interest accruals and

gain/loss on investment.
- Quarterly and Year end books finalization and reporting.
- Accounts payable & vendor reconciliation with direct and indirect tax compliance.
- Timely books closure with reconciliation of core GLs with commentary at month end.
- Conversant in working on various Accounting packages viz. Tally Prime ERP, Busy,

Quickbooks, Xero. Hands on Knowledge is required
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of preparation of Consolidated balance sheet as per Schedule III/US

GAAP
- Knowledge of TDS (withholding tax) and GST
- Good analytical skills with experience in preparation of Management reports (MIS)
- Experience in preparation of Budget
- Good Communication Skills.
