Job Title: IT Desktop Support Executive

About the Role

Virtual Admins is looking for an IT Desktop Support Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have basic technical troubleshooting skills, good problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English to effectively support internal teams with IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Assist employees with system setup and IT troubleshooting.




- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for technical issues when required.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of assets.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and issues.

Requirements
- Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in IT/Desktop Support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Networking, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Software Installation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and night shift schedule.
