Talent Acquisition Intern

Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work from Office, Monday to Friday (Availability on Saturday for Virtual hiring drives as applicable)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Support job postings, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.

Assist with recruitment drives and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and WhatsApp.

Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Willingness to work from our HSR Layout office, Monday to Friday.
