Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Execution
- Implement brand visual merchandising guidelines across the store.
- Ensure window displays, mannequins, and in-store presentations are visually appealing and updated as per seasonal themes and promotions.
- Maintain store layout and product placement according to VM standards.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed in a way that maximizes customer engagement and sales.

Store Presentation & Standards
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure cleanliness, presentation standards, and visual consistency.
- Monitor product replenishment and ensure displays remain full and attractive throughout trading hours.
- Maintain signage, promotional materials, and price communication accurately.

Commercial Focus
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize merchandise presentation.
- Support recent product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify slow-moving products and recommend display changes to improve sell-through.

Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with Store Managers,



Department Managers, and Sales Associates to ensure VM standards are maintained.
- Train store teams on visual merchandising principles and display maintenance.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign implementation.

Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain VM props, fixtures, mannequins, and display materials in good condition.
- Ensure proper utilization and storage of visual merchandising assets.
- Support stock movement and merchandise rotation activities when required.

Key Skills & Competencies
