About:
NVS Travel Solutions is an 18-year-old, ₹65 crore company providing employee transportation services to several leading organizations across Bangalore. As part of our growing operations team, we are looking for a Maintenance Executive to oversee the upkeep, inspection, and maintenance coordination of our transport fleet to ensure maximum vehicle uptime and reliability.

Pre-requisites:

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a bus mechanic or service advisor.

Familiarity with emails, Excel, and checklist-based processes.

-
Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Conduct regular inspections of vehicles in the assigned fleet using standard checklists.

Create and track maintenance requests through to completion.

Send reminders and coordinate with workshops, site supervisors, and drivers for timely service.

Take ownership of vehicle uptime and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities for audit and operational purposes.
