Job Purpose:

As a Senior People Officer,



you will lead and execute talent acquisition and HR improvement initiatives for both local and global teams. This role plays a critical part in scaling our hiring capabilities, enhancing the candidate and new-hire experience, and aligning local HR delivery with global people strategies.

With end-to-end ownership of recruitment and onboarding, you will also contribute to employee engagement, HR systems improvements, learning initiatives, and global people projects that support business growth.

Your Responsibility:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for the Bangalore location, from sourcing strategy to offer rollout, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring.
- Lead the onboarding process for current hires and maintain reports on onboarding satisfaction scores for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager queries, guiding HR policies, procedures, and personnel processes.
