This role sits at the intersection of tax, finance, and business strategy - owning end-to-end tax operations while partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external advisors.



Beyond managing compliance, this person will help the company navigate expansion, optimize processes, assess tax implications of key business decisions, and build the foundations needed to support a global SaaS organisation at scale.

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 3 years of post-qualification experience mandatorily.
- Demonstrated expertise in Indian taxation, including GST, TDS/TCS, and Corporate Tax, along with a proficient understanding of international tax compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in overseeing finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and audit functions within SaaS, technology, or startup sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of treasury operations, fund management, portfolio management, and principles of investment banking.
- Practical experience utilizing ERP and accounting systems such as Zoho, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP
