- Reviewing resumes and applications
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates and schedule interviews.
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proven working experience in recruiting
- Exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, screening from different portals, social media.
- we use ATS for recruitment processes

Position - Talent Acquisition Executive

Qualification and Experience
- Graduate
- English Medium Schooling
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word / Email




- Must have done recruitment single handedly (1 months -3 years)

Working Day & Timings Flexible hours 9 hours per day between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Saturday. 3 Saturdays off in a month, remaining working. All Sunday off
