Overview:
As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic progress and personal development. Your role is essential in providing guidance, advice, and resources to help students overcome academic challenges and achieve their educational goals. This position is integral to the overall success and well-being of the students and the institution.

Package- 8.4LPA Fixed + 4LPA Variable

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic counseling to students on course selection, study habits, and time management.
- Assist students in setting academic and career goals, and develop plans to reach those goals.
- Offer guidance on college policies, procedures, and academic requirements.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor their academic progress and provide necessary support.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and address students' academic needs.
- Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, stress management, and other relevant topics.




- Assist students in navigating academic and personal challenges, and refer them to appropriate support services.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions and maintain confidentiality.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in academic counseling.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of academic support programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in academic advising or counseling role.
- Solid understanding of academic requirements and higher education systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and academic resources.
- Proficiency in student information systems and MS Office suite.
