Job Description

Responsibility:
- Guides the technical vision and execution of a software project/initiative/technology.
- Technical direction, Test Strategy implementation choices, establishment of best practices and technical standards.
- Drive communities, Engg Efficiency/Innovation.




- Foresee SW technology change & quick adaption. Technical steering of the team to deliver with KPIs – Quality and delivery.
- Estimate the complexity of problem & prioritize according to customer relevance.
- Goal and performance evaluation of the team. Competence development of the team.Competencies.
- Domain & Technology.Engineering process, methods & tools.Leadership, Communication, Networking. Certifications/knowledge - LFG, BES-PE, problem-solving.
