Airbus is looking for a Senior Group Manager leading the product of Digital Core Monitoring to join the Bangalore, India location. This role expects the person to play the dual role: Global HO for Core Monitoring + Group Manager for Operational Excellence (HCC).

This role is part of the Digital Infrastructure and Platforms department under Information Management (IM) function. The selected individual is responsible for the day to day management of the product and the teams. This role encompasses accountability for the End to End Product/Application lifecycle from conception, design, industrialisation,



operation to retirement including management of dependencies and in support of the PM for strategy/governance and deliverables. Overseeing the operational aspects such as budgeting, Service delivery, supplier relations, risk management, and change control support within the IM function.
- Qualification & Experience :
- Your main responsibilities on this position are:
- Define the product strategy, give the objectives & design the Service roadmap
- Leads the IT Product MFT team in order to manage the IT Product lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLA's.
- Defines chargeback models for their respective features.
- Ensures that the known Product Vision is translated into a prioritized Product Backlog in alignment with the business stakeholders.
- Establishes two-way-dialogue to translate Business Needs against known technical & resource constraints.
