Main Purpose of Job :

The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for managing the organization's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments. This role requires solid attention to detail, sound accounting knowledge,



and the ability to maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities :
• Process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process payment runs through bank transfers or other approved payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely settlement of outstanding liabilities.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and vendors to resolve payment-related issues.
• Record journal entries related to accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits
