We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Lead Animator to lead the animation function and deliver visually compelling, high-impact creative content. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can transform ideas into engaging visual stories while driving innovation across animation projects.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong artistic vision, exceptional storytelling abilities, and expertise in modern animation techniques. In addition to producing high-quality animation, you will mentor creative teams, establish best practices, and leverage AI-powered creative tools to streamline workflows, improve production efficiency, and explore new possibilities in visual storytelling.

- Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling assets using industry-standard tools.
- Develop compelling animation concepts that effectively communicate ideas and enhance brand narratives.
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual experiences.
- Review animation outputs to ensure consistency, quality, creativity, and adherence to project objectives.
- Mentor and guide animation team members by providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and technical support.
