Sr SAP PP/QM Consultant1Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end functional support for Primarily SAP PP and Secondary QM ensuring system reliability and adherence to business SLAs.
- Manage incidents, service requests, change requests, and enhancements through structured processes.
- Lead and participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements; develop functional specifications and design documentation.
- Perform system configuration and customization to meet evolving business needs.
- Partner with ABAP development teams for custom solutions, interfaces, and reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modules to ensure robust end-to-end business process integration.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.




- Provide knowledge transfer and training to power users and business stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
- Participate in go-live and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and system stabilization.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience in Primary PP, Secondary QM modules.
- Proven ability to configure and maintain key master data objects such as Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Storage Types/Bins, Inspection Plans, and MICs.
- Robust understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, including shop floor execution, inventory management, quality inspection, and logistics execution.
- Deep knowledge of integration touchpoints across MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
- Experience in EDI/IDoc processing, data interfaces, and system integration.
