What would you do? Primary responsibility is deployment of New Hire Process / Domain training,



designing/customizing F&A; training content per requirement and work in collaboration with Delivery and Mobilization for customized interventions and knowledge management. Secondary responsibility is supervision, coaching, reporting and leadership, In addition, this position establishes and manages relationships for New Hire integration into the Accenture style of working and Project requirements. This position also promotes a team-oriented workplace through people development, strong leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support. Deliver high-quality training to audiences using a variety of media types. Provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders.
The objective of this position is to positively influence and manage domain trainings – at beginner, intermediate and advance level. This includes knowledge management actions, Training need analysis, Training design and development, Training delivery, Training evaluation and reporting.
