Job Title: Assistant Manager- International Sales
Experience: 5-6 Years

Job Responsibilities
● Manage and grow export sales across assigned regions (SAARC, MENA, Africa, APAC, etc.).
● Identify and pursue international tenders, RFQs, and project-based opportunities.
● Work closely with system integrators and partners to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline.
● Understand and position VMS, Video Analytics, FRS,



and other physical security solutions effectively to partners and consultants.
● Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and technical teams for solution design, BOQs, and compliance.

● Support POCs, demos, technical-commercial discussions, and customer presentations.
● Handle commercial negotiations, pricing alignment, and deal closures in coordination with management.
● Ensure compliance with export documentation, certifications, and country-specific requirements.
● Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
● Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and export sales reporting.

Key Skills
● Hands-on experience in export sales / international business development.
● Experience working with partners, system integrators, consultants, and enterprise/government customers.
● Solid understanding of tendering processes, international pricing, and negotiations.
