Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for all marketing verticals, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
- Manage brand and reputation.
- Ensure brand messaging is strong and consistent across all channels (events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional materials, etc.).
- Analyse consumer behaviour and define customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and grow market share.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Collaborate with external vendors such as marketing agencies to achieve business goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head of Marketing or Sr. Marketing Manager,



preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
- Robust expertise in Digital Marketing (webinars, blogging, social media marketing, search engine marketing, Google Analytics, affiliate marketing, remarketing, etc.) and BTL activities.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Experience mentoring and coaching a marketing team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create marketing strategies independently.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MBA with a minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Digital Marketing certification and relevant experience are mandatory.
- Experience conducting offline marketing events.
- Exposure to the global training business is an added advantage.
