Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional to lead testing strategies, manage a quality engineering team, and ensure successful project delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for testing activities, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and driving quality across the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers.
- Define and implement end-to-end testing strategies and metrics.
- Drive test execution,

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Skills Required
