Job Description
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, the Art Director must possess strong interpersonal skills, be a conceptual thinker, creative, articulate and can understand and convey a variety of concepts. Outstanding execution and organization skills combined with excellent judgment and exemplary ethics and values are imperative.
Creative Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, video editors, animators, and other creative personnel to deliver high-quality visual content.




- Oversee the visual aspects of advertising and media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with investor relations & communications, marketing, and investment teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions.

Design Development:
- Develop and refine creative briefs, translating marketing objectives into transparent, compelling creative strategies.
- Create and supervise the production of visual material for various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and video.
- Ensure all visual designs maintain a high standard of creativity, quality, and innovation.

Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
