Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and promote continuous improvement.

Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met while upholding quality standards.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization within SAP systems.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development frameworks.

Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently.
