Your day at NTT DATA
The Project Manager is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex.

Drive day-to-day execution of the APAC LER program across multiple countries, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring delivery against the agreed roadmap.

Key responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of the APAC LER program across the region.
- Maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action logs.
- Coordinate and host country-level and regional LER governance meetings.
- Track progress across all workstreams and ensure follow-up of agreed actions.
- Act as the central coordination point between country teams,



APAC functions, external advisors, and Group stakeholders.
- Support issue resolution and escalation management across countries and functions.
- Coordinate perks tracking and reporting inputs from Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Manage program documentation, reporting packs, dashboards, and management updates.
- Coordinate external advisor engagement and support budget/vendor administration processes.
- Support transition planning, business transfers, entity integrations, liquidations, and related activities as required.

Preferred Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in project/program management, transformation, M&A; integration, corporate restructuring, or related fields.
- Experience managing multi-country programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive execution
