Description
As a Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of our bank's digital evolution, specifically in the RegTech space. Your primary responsibility is to manage and enhance our regulatory technology solutions, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in compliance and fraud prevention. Responsibilities
- Own and lead the bank's RegTech strategy, ensuring alignment with AML and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize digital solutions for compliance, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide subject matter expertise in AML and compliance digitization, guiding the team's efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cutting-edge digital tools for compliance.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry trends, keeping our solutions relevant and effective.
- Conduct regular reviews of compliance digitization initiatives, identifying and addressing improvement areas.
- Lead and mentor a talented team,

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on RegTech and compliance.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.
- Deep expertise in AML regulations and compliance digitization strategies.
- Solid analytical skills, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving.
