This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales, financial services, or client engagement with exposure to real-world financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through personal networks, social media, or offline outreach

Educate prospects on SIPs, term insurance, and health plans

Fix appointments and support onboarding of clients

Coordinate documentation for mutual fund investments and insurance policies

Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients via WhatsApp/phone

Track performance and targets using Google Sheets or CRM tools

Stipend

Performance-based stipend as per the following slabs:

Milestone

Stipend

2 SIP (₹5,000/month+) + 2 Insurance Policies - ₹5,000

4 SIPs (₹5,000/month+) + 3 Policies - ₹7,500

8 SIPs (₹5,000/month+) + 4 Policies - ₹10,000 + ₹1,000 bonus

Additional incentive for extra conversions beyond target

? SIP beyond slab (₹5,000/month+) - ₹300 per SIP

?️ Insurance Policy beyond slab (term/health) - ₹800 per policy

No fixed stipend. Payment is linked to successful client conversions only.

Requirements

Graduate/Undergraduate (Commerce, Finance, Marketing preferred)
