About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics across the S/4 and o9 transformation programs. This includes master data capture orchestration, data harmonization leveraging S4 DMLT, data & analytics remediation and improvements.

The Senior Director will lead the full lifecycle of data migration and transformation — from analysis and target state definition through build, testing, cutover, and stabilization — ensuring delivery aligns to enterprise architecture standards and program objectives.



This is a high-accountability global role requiring robust leadership across architecture, data, execution, and program delivery in a complex, multi-region environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Data Transformation Delivery
- Lead the full lifecycle of data migration and transformation across S/4 and o9 programs
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for data migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, leveraging SAP DMLT and related tools
- Oversee analysis of current data landscape and define the appropriate target state aligned to enterprise architecture
- Ensure successful execution across build, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
- Maintain accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and risk management
- Manage and optimize budget through automation and effective partner management

Target Architecture Delivery
- Translate enterprise data strategy into a clear and executable target architecture within program scope
