Role Summary

The Analyst will be responsible for reviewing lease documents, abstracting key data points, supporting CAM reconciliation activities, and updating the Client ERP system in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze commercial lease documents

-
Extract critical information including lease terms, rental components,



and significant dates

Enter abstracted data into the Client ERP system with accuracy

Ensure completeness, compliance, and data quality across all deliverables

Perform CAM reconciliation by reviewing operating expense recoveries, tenant charges, and supporting schedules

-
Validate expense pools, allocations, and recovery calculations as per lease terms

Prepare reconciliation summaries and assist in posting true-up charges
