Overview: The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our organization. This position is not just about selling; it encompasses developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, fostering a culture of performance, and ensuring that each team member has the tools and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify recent business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline and optimize the sales process.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and set goals.
- Ensure the team is trained and knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts.




- Oversee the creation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage budgeting for the sales department and ensure productivity.

Required Qualifications:
A Software Sales Role with 4-6 years’ experience in Selling Software, Cloud Solutions to
enterprise customers
∙The position reports to Sales Director and based in Bangalore
∙Must have skills and maturity to work with decision makers collaboratively & decisively
∙Selling IT Software - DevSecOps & Digital Transformation Solutions Preferred
∙Preference to candidates with Prior experience with Products from ServieNow / SalesForce /
Atlassian and GitHub,
∙Should be able to interface with C
