We are looking for a candidate with 6–8 years of experience who can provide technical support to clients and assist in diagnosing and resolving VoIP-related issues. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. What You Will Work On
- Manage, administer, and maintain Linux-based systems and Asterisk telephony platforms supporting business communication services.
- Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, including SIP trunk setup and multi-site connectivity.
- Assist in the integration of new hardware and software components within the communication infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Linux system issues, VoIP connectivity problems, and telephony-related incidents.
- Deploy and manage SIP trunks across various communication systems ensuring reliable voice services.
- Work with PBX platforms such as FreePBX, CUCM, and Pure Asterisk.
- Perform system monitoring, maintenance,



and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support, optimize, and enhance telephony and communication systems.

Requirements
- Proven experience working with Asterisk or other VoIP applications in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, preferably Ubuntu or other Debian-based distributions, with good command-line (CLI) experience.
- Good understanding of Asterisk architecture and related add-on modules.
- Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies, including SIP, IP-PBX, and PSTN services, with familiarity in Asterisk dial plans.
- Robust understanding of telecommunication concepts and SIP protocol, including practical implementation.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and PHP, with working knowledge of Perl or Python.
