Overview:

The E-Com Manager plays a critical role in driving the e-commerce strategy and managing the online sales channels for the organization. This role is essential for optimizing the online customer experience and increasing digital sales revenue. The E-Com Manager is responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce initiatives, managing the online product catalog, analyzing customer behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Analyze customer behavior and website traffic to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute online promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales and customer engagement.




- Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.
- Identify and implement current technologies and tools to enhance the e-commerce platform.
- Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce partners and platforms.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the stability and security of the e-commerce platform.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
