Overview
The ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing position plays a vital role in the healthcare sector, focusing on delivering high-quality nursing care to patients. Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established nursing protocols and care plans.
- Assist in the development of individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform wound care and assist in minor surgical procedures.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.




- Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care strategies.
- Participate in patient admissions and discharges.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic setting for patients and staff.
- Monitor equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for care delivery.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
- Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the community.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications
- Current ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license to practice in the state.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
