Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring over 10+ years of expertise in sales management, with a proven track record of at least 5-7 years in the EdTech industry(Skilled IT segment). This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop strategic sales plans, mentor and support the sales team, and contribute to the company’s financial success through innovative and effective sales strategies.

Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years overall, with at least 5-7 years in the EdTech industry (Professional IT Segments)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for IT professional segments within the EdTech industry to drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities in the IT training and certification market, securing partnerships and expanding the client base.
3. Collaborate with senior management and product teams to align sales efforts with the company’s offerings and market demand in the IT professional space.
4. Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the unique needs of IT professionals and enterprise clients.
5. Provide training and resources to the sales team to enhance their knowledge of IT products and services, fostering a results-driven culture.
6. Leverage a deep understanding of IT professional requirements to create tailored sales pitches, positioning the company as a preferred EdTech provider.
