Senior Recruiter - Leadership Hiring
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment process for leadership and senior-level positions in US Staffing.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leadership candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their experience, leadership skills, and overall fit for the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and support candidates through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, hiring reports, and recruitment data in the ATS.
- Handle confidential hiring information with professionalism and discretion.
- Keep up with market trends and continuously build a network of leadership talent.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment,



with a focus on leadership and senior-level positions.
- Proven track record of successfully filling leadership roles in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Technical Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with recruitment software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
