We are looking for a high-reaching Service Sales Manager to join our CMD (Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division) service commercial team.
The position is permanent and based out of Mumbai. In-person travels to customers in the assigned region is required along with service, commercial and other teams.
This role is ideal for a Science/Engineering graduate with relevant sales, business development or customer-facing experience, who wants to pursue a strategic sales and business analysis career at a global company.

What will you do?




Service Commercial Business Management
- As a Service Sales Manager, you will drive service commercial business across West1 regions, focusing on contract renewals, warranty conversions, spares sales, and on-call service business
- Manage and grow the service contract portfolio, ensuring high contract coverage, renewal rates, and profitability across assigned territories
- Develop and execute strategies to convert warranty customers to comprehensive service contracts, maximizing customer lifetime value
- Drive spares business through proactive customer engagement and identification of customer needs with the help of regional service team
- Promote and sell on-call service offerings, qualification activities, hardware upgrades, software upgrades, and customized service products to customers
- Handle key customer accounts in the regions, initiating and building solid customer relationships
