Job Summary

We are looking for a talented BIM Modeler to join our Bengaluru team, supporting Gulf Industry projects. The role involves developing high-quality 3D BIM models and drawings using Civil 3D, Revit, Autocad while coordinating with BIM Coordinators, Design Engineers, and Mioddle East project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models and detailed drawings.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and Revit.
- Generate 2D deliverables from multi-discipline 3D models.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with client and Gulf standards.
- Create and manage Revit families, view templates, worksets, shared parameters, and schedules.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Architects to ensure model accuracy and compliance with client and Gulf standards.
- Develop dynamic blocks and apply appropriate 3D visualization techniques (conceptual, shaded, rendered views).




- Export 3D models/geometry for subcontractors and external stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within project timelines and quality standards.

Education & Experience
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering
- 1-4 Years of experience in BIM Modeling

Skillsets

Strong hands-on experience in Revit, Civil 3D, and Autocad.

Sound knowledge of BIM standards and Middle East Water Industry norms.
