Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose

The Assistant Manager - Customer Finance Emerging Channels (POC / CSD/ CPC / NG) is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of trade with strategic customers. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial analysis, reporting,



and strategic insights to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Spend Management: Planning and handling trade spends for these channels , across various packs and Retail Environments, collaborating with the RE / sales Manager to ensure a return on investment approach is instilled in trade spends.
- Customer Management: Coordinate customer operations including new customer appointments, receivables management, claims settlement, tax issues, and ensuring the detailed execution of full and final settlements.
- Budget Management: Handling branch overheads to keep expenditures within budget while ensuring timely settlement of expense claims according to established processes.
- Financial Performance: Drive the delivery of the P&L; to meet annual financial targets.
- Internal Controls: Uphold a robust internal control environment, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and other internal requirements.
