Description
Honeywell’s Sundyne business is seeking a energetic and strategic leader for its Pune operation. This role will be responsible for supporting business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The GM will develop and execute business strategies, manage the P&L;, and lead the site cross-functional teams (Applications Engineering, Project Management, Project Engineering/Execution, Operations, Field Service and Supply Chain) and the India Center of Excellence (COE) to support the Sundyne global locations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Safety First: Create a Safety Culture in a new manufacturing facility. Ensure the operation is complying will all Honeywell and regulatory requirements.
- Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to support growth.
- P&L; Ownership: Global and individual site financial performance and key performance metrics.
- Customer: Build strong customer relationships to facilitate growth and customer satisfaction.
- Engineering:



Lead the applications and product execution teams to win orders, meet customer requirements, support operations and drive the business metrics.
- Operational Excellence: Start-up the new facility, ensure the new staff is trained, Optimize operations, supply chain, and manufacturing efficiency to support product delivery and quality. Exceed the KPIs established for the Center of Excellence.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across the sites. Enable strong collaboration with Commercial, Product Line Management, Marketing, Product Development and Finance.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and Honeywell’s corporate policies.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of commercial and manufacturing experience with leadership and management roles of increasing responsibility.
