The role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management Tools (SMT), Power Platform applications,
and related integrations through a combination of automation and functional testing. The engineer will develop automated frameworks, execute end-to-end testing, manage defects, and support release quality within an Agile environmen
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT, and related applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Validate integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT, Power Platform, and other systems.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure product quality.
- Manage defects through Azure DevOps/TFS, including logging, tracking, retesting, and closure.
- Conduct regression testing following bug fixes and deployments.
- Review requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Test CRM and SMT customizations, configurations, and enhancements.
